Premier Dining

PTC's flagship service, Premier Dining, is the onboard silver service dining experience used by the majority of high quality train operators in the UK on their excursions.

Passengers board to a four course silver service breakfast, are served a light lunch before arrival, and a four course dinner on the return.

PTC chefs use only fresh British produce and all meals are prepared and cooked in the kitchen on board the train.

A wide selection of exclusive wines are hand-picked by the same supplier as Rick Stein, to complete the uniqueness and quality of experience the company prides itself on.

PTC can scale its level of service upwards or downwards according to your budget, but will never skimp on quality.
