Premier Train Catering

Background

Joint managing directors, and founders of PTC,   Paul Brooks and Graham Osborne, have worked together for British Rail's InterCity Charter Train Unit (the posh bit).  

After privatisation they worked for Rail Gourmet, before leaving to start their own business to put their experience to use and perfect the train catering concept.

PAUL BROOKS, Executive Chief Steward, has been a railway caterer for nearly 30 years and is considered to one of the leading Chief Stewards in the country.

GRAHAM OSBORNE, Executive Chief Chef has 25 years' experience of transport catering, starting first in the Merchant Navy, before joining P&O, and then to the railways. His first stint was on the Yorkshire and Scottish Pullman services and then he too moved to the Charter Unit.

Graham is renowned as one of the best chefs working on the railway.  

Both have worked on a wide range of events, including private functions for the Royal family, the Oppenheimers and Andrew Lloyd Webber, amongst others.
