Premier Train Catering (PTC) is not an ordinary catering company.
After all, how many chefs could work in a small galley-sized kitchen, on a train going at 80mph, and turn out a delicious, freshly cooked dining experience for 252 passengers?

And how many waiters and waitresses can keep a smile on their face after attending to passengers with a three course breakfast, lunch and four course dinner, at high speed, whilst covering hundreds of miles
in a day?

It is not easy, but our chefs have all made the grade working on ships and trains for years, and the waiters and waitresses on trains, and relish the opportunity to offer the highest possible service in the most challenging situations.

PTC is now the single biggest train caterer for charter excursions in the UK.

But our staff also love working on ‘terra firma' and we can boast the flexibility to work within customers' requirements, however demanding.
